           “Come,master,tastemysop,”saidhe,kneelingdownbeforethecup.

           ThesopwassogoodthatLevingaveuptheideaofgoinghome.Hedinedwiththeoldman,andtalkedtohimabouthisfamilyaffairs,takingthekeenestinterestinthem,andtoldhimabouthisownaffairsandallthecircumstancesthatcouldbeofinteresttotheoldman.Hefeltmuchnearertohimthantohisbrother,andcouldnothelpsmilingattheaffectionhefeltforthisman.
