           Thesecretaryretiredinconfusion.DuringtheconsultationwiththesecretaryLevinhadcompletelyrecoveredfromhisembarrassment.Hewasstandingwithhiselbowsonthebackofachair,andonhisfacewasalookofironicalattention.

           “Idon’tunderstandit,Idon’tunderstandit,”hesaid.
