           Oblonskyseemedtoponder.

           “I’lltellyouwhat:let’sgotoGurin’stolunch,andtherewecantalk.Iamfreetillthree.”

           “No,”answeredLevin,afteraninstant’sthought,“Ihavegottogoonsomewhereelse.”

           “Allright,then,let’sdinetogether.”

           “Dinetogether?ButIhavenothingveryparticular,onlyafewwordstosay,andaquestionIwanttoaskyou,andwecanhaveatalkafterwards.
