           Withoutamoment’sthought,AnnasatdowntothetablewithBetsy’sletter,and,withoutreadingit,wrotebelow:“It’sessentialformetoseeyou.CometotheVredegarden.Ishallbethereatsixo’clock.”Shesealeditup,and,Betsycomingback,inherpresencehandedthenotetobetaken.
