           Theapproachofthetrainwasmoreandmoreevidentbythepreparatorybustleinthestation,therushofporters,themovementofpolicemenandattendants,andpeoplemeetingthetrain.Throughthefrostyvaporcouldbeseenworkmeninshortsheepskinsandsoftfeltbootscrossingtherailsofthecurvingline.Thehissoftheboilercouldbeheardonthedistantrails,andtherumbleofsomethingheavy.
