           ‘You’reabrute!’exclaimedMrsJiniwin.

           ‘Comecome,’saidQuilp,wilfullymisunderstandingher,ofcourse,‘youmustn’tcallhernames.She’smarriednow,youknow.Andthoughshedidbeguilethetimeandkeepmefrommybed,youmustnotbesotenderlycarefulofmeastobeoutofhumourwithher.Blessyouforadearoldlady.
