‘ThatthisAssociationcordiallyrecognisestheprincipleofeverymemberoftheCorrespondingSocietydefrayinghisowntravellingexpenses;andthatitseesnoobjectionwhatevertothemembersofthesaidsocietypursuingtheirinquiriesforanylengthoftimetheyplease,uponthesameterms.
‘ThatthemembersoftheaforesaidCorrespondingSocietybe,andareherebyinformed,thattheirproposaltopaythepostageoftheirletters,andthecarriageoftheirparcels,hasbeendeliberateduponbythisAssociation:thatthisAssociationconsiderssuchproposalworthyofthegreatmindsfromwhichitemanated,andthatitherebysignifiesitsperfectacquiescencetherein.’
