           ‘Verymuch,’saidArthur,withdrawinghiseyesfromthedelicateheadbeginningtodroopandthepalefacewithanewsolicitudestealingoverit.

           ‘Itissogenerous,andshowssomuchfinefeeling,thatitisalmostadutytomentionit.IsaidatthetimethatIalwayswouldmentionitoneverysuitableoccasion,withoutregardtopersonalsensitiveness.
