Butthelightofthatday’sdiscovery,shiningontheseconsiderations,rousedhimtotakeamoredecidedcourseofaction.Confidentintherectitudeofhispurpose,andimpelledbyasenseofoverhangingdangerclosinginaround,heresolved,ifhismotherwouldstilladmitofnoapproach,tomakeadesperateappealtoAffery.
