           “Ohyes!sheoughtnottohavespokenofheruncleasshedid.Iwasquiteastonished.Anunclewithwhomshehasbeenlivingsomanyyears,andwho,whateverhisfaultsmaybe,issoveryfondofherbrother,treatinghim,theysay,quitelikeason.Icouldnothavebelievedit!”
