           "IfthejuryfindsthatRobertaAldenaccidentallyorinvoluntarilyfelloutoftheboatandthatthedefendantmadenoattempttorescueher,thatdoesnotmakethedefendantguiltyandthejurymustfindthedefendant‘notguilty.’Ontheotherhand,ifthejuryfindsthatthedefendantinanyway,intentionally,thereandthenbroughtaboutorcontributedtothatfatalaccident,eitherbyabloworotherwise,itmustfindthedefendantguilty.
