           RichardSwivillerconsidereditadvisabletohearnomore,buttakingadvantageofapauseinthedancing,andtheapproachofMrCheggstopayhiscourttotheoldlady,swaggeredwithanextremelycarefulassumptionofextremecarelessnesstowardthedoor,passingonthewayMissJaneWackles,whoinallthegloryofhercurlswasholdingaflirtation,(asgoodpracticewhennobetterwastobehad)withafeebleoldgentlemanwholodgedintheparlour.
