           Insteadofbeingthrownintoagreaterpassionbytheseremarks,thelodgerlapsedintoabroadgrinandlookedatMrSwivellerwithtwinklingeyes.Hewasabrown-facedsun-burntman,andappearedbrownerandmoresun-burntfromhavingawhitenightcapon.
