           SuchwereMrQuilp’sfirstproceedingsonenteringuponhisnewproperty.Hewas,forsomedays,restrainedbybusinessfromperforminganyparticularpranks,ashistimewasprettywelloccupiedbetweentaking,withtheassistanceofMrBrass,aminuteinventoryofallthegoodsintheplace,andgoingabroaduponhisotherconcernswhichhappilyengagedhimforseveralhoursatatime.
