           “Youdon’tseemverywellto-night,Diamond,”saidhismother.

           “Iamquitewell,mother,”returnedDiamond,whowasonlypuzzled.

           “Ithinkyouhadbettergotobed,”sheadded.

           “Verywell,mother,”heanswered.
