           Buthehadnevercomeuponthepoemhethoughthehadheardhismotherreadfromitthatday.Hehadlookedthroughandthroughthebookseveraltimesafterheknewthelettersandafewwords,fancyinghecouldtellthelookofit,buthadalwaysfailedtofindonemorelikeitthananother.Sohewiselygaveupthesearchtillhecouldreallyread.Thenheresolvedtobeginatthebeginning,andreadthemallstraightthrough.Thistookhimnearlyafortnight.Whenhehadalmostreachedtheend,hecameuponthefollowingverses,whichtookhisfancymuch,althoughtheywerecertainlynotverylikethosehewasinsearchof.
