           MauriceHuretinhisfamousarticlegaveanoutlineofCharlesStrickland’slifewhichwaswellcalculatedtowhettheappetitesoftheinquiring.Withhisdisinterestedpassionforart,hehadarealdesiretocalltheattentionofthewisetoatalentwhichwasinthehighestdegreeoriginal;buthewastoogoodajournalisttobeunawarethatthe"humaninterest"wouldenablehimmoreeasilytoeffecthispurpose.
