           Thenceforward,AmyobservedMrSparkler’streatmentbyhisenslaver,withnewreasonsforattachingimportancetoallthatpassedbetweenthem.ThereweretimeswhenFannyappearedquiteunabletoendurehismentalfeebleness,andwhenshebecamesosharplyimpatientofitthatshewouldallbutdismisshimforgood.
