           Andshortlyafter,therewascirculatedinallthepaperseastandwestamoreorlesscompleteaccountofthepresentstateofClyde’sfamily,thenatureofthemissionconductedbythem,aswellastheirnarrowandhighlyindividualisticreligiousbeliefsandactions,eventhestatementthatofteninhisearlyyouthClydehadbeentakenintothestreetstosingandprayarevelationwhichshockedLycurgusandTwelfthLakesocietyaboutasmuchasitdidhim.
