           Theyoungmenfilleduptheirthirdofaglasswithwater;then,whentheyhaddrunkhalftheglass,theyfilleditupagain,andcontinuedtodoso.Thisbroughtthem,bytheendoftherepast,toswallowingadrinkwhichfromthecoloroftherubyhadpassedtothatofapaletopaz.
