Wheninahouse,ofwhateverkinditmaybe,anindividualsuspectedofanycrimeisarrested,thearrestisheldsecret.Fourorfivemenareplacedinambuscadeinthefirstroom.Thedoorisopenedtoallwhoknock.Itisclosedafterthem,andtheyarearrested;sothatattheendoftwoorthreedaystheyhaveintheirpoweralmostalltheHABITUESoftheestablishment.Andthatisamousetrap.
