           D’Artagnanemployedhimselfinarrangingalittleplan,ofwhichweshallhereafterseetheexecution,andwhichpromisedhimsomeagreeableadventure,asmightbeseenbythesmileswhichfromtimetotimepassedoverhiscountenance,whosethoughtfulnesstheyanimated.
