Twoofthem,ofwhomthecaptainwaslessassuredthanordinary,IsentwithFridayandoneofthethreedeliveredmentomycave, wheretheywereremoteenough,andoutofdangerofbeingheardordiscovered,oroffindingtheirwayoutofthewoods,iftheycouldhavedeliveredthemselves. Heretheyleftthembound,butgavethemprovisions,andpromisedthem,iftheycontinuedtherequietly,togivethemtheirlibertyinadayortwo; butthatiftheyattemptedtheirescape,theyshouldbeputtodeathwithoutmercy.
