           ‘Thatitwon’tdo;soit’snousea-tryingiton,Fagin,’repliedNancy.

           ‘Whatdoyoumeanbythat?’saidMr.Sikes,lookingupinasurlymanner.

           ‘WhatIsay,Bill,’repliedtheladycollectedly.
