HemadeasifhewouldpursuetheInvisibleMandownstairs.Thenhethoughtbetterofitandsteppedintothedining-room.
"DoctorKemp—"hebegan,andstoppedshort.
"DoctorKemp'sahero,"hesaid,ashiscompanionlookedoverhisshoulder.
