Hegotholdtowardthebasewheretheneckcomesoutfromtheshoulders;buthedidnotknowthechewingmethodoffighting,norwerehisjawsadaptedtoit. Hespasmodicallyrippedandtorewithhisfangsforaspace.Thenachangeintheirpositiondivertedhim. Thebull-doghadmanagedtorollhimoveronhisback,andstillhangingontohisthroat,wasontopofhim.
