“Ican’tmarryBilly,”saidAnnedecidedly.Shehadrecoveredherwits,andwasevenfeelingalittleangry.Itwasallsoridiculous.“Thereisnousethinkingofit,Jane.Idon’tcareanythingforhiminthatway,andyoumusttellhimso.”
