           ItmadeJonesthinkofthatinsanepicturewhichRogershadshewedhimthewildlycarvedchamberwiththecrypticthronewhichthefellowhadclaimedwaspartofathree-million-year-oldruinintheshunnedandinaccessiblesolitudesoftheArctic. PerhapsRogershadbeentoAlaska,butthatpicturewascertainlynothingbutstagescenery. Itcouldn’tnormallybeotherwise,withallthatcarvingandthoseterriblesymbols. Andthatmonstrousshapesupposedtohavebeenfoundonthatthronewhataflightofdiseasedfancy! Joneswonderedjusthowfarheactuallywasfromtheinsanemasterpieceinwaxprobablyitwaskeptbehindthatheavy,padlockedplankdoorleadingsomewhereoutoftheworkroom. Butitwouldneverdotobroodaboutawaxenimage. Wasnotthepresentroomfullofsuchthings,someofthemscarcelylesshorriblethanthedreadful“IT”? Andbeyondathincanvasscreenontheleftwasthe“Adultsonly”alcovewithitsnamelessphantomsofdelirium.
