           Youngspeedilyprovedhimselftobeaskilfuladministratoraswellasaresolutechief. Mapsweredrawnandchartsprepared,inwhichthefuturecitywassketchedout. Allaroundfarmswereapportionedandallottedinproportiontothestandingofeachindividual. Thetradesmanwasputtohistradeandtheartisantohiscalling. Inthetownstreetsandsquaressprangup,asifbymagic. Inthecountrytherewasdrainingandhedging,plantingandclearing,untilthenextsummersawthewholecountrygoldenwiththewheatcrop. Everythingprosperedinthestrangesettlement. Aboveall,thegreattemplewhichtheyhaderectedinthecentreofthecitygrewevertallerandlarger.
