           ThisworldwasnotthensogoodasDoctorPanglossbelievedit,neitherwasitsowickedasDantesthoughtit,sincethisman,whohadnothingtoexpectfromhiscomradebuttheinheritanceofhisshareoftheprize-money,manifestedsomuchsorrowwhenhesawhimfall.
