           "NotCathleen. I’lllayyoutwotooneshedidn’tevenknowthefortwasoutthereintheharbor,muchlessthatitwasfullofYankeesuntilweshelledthemout. Allshe’llknowaboutistheballsshewenttoandthebeauxshecollected."

           "Well,hell! IlikeCathleenandsheisfunandI’dliketohearaboutCaroRhettandtherestoftheCharlestonfolks; butI’mdamnedifIcanstandsittingthroughanothermealwiththatYankeestepmotherofhers."
