UncleHenryhadninesuitsofclothes,cutinthepopularMunchkinfashion,withknee-breeches,silkstockings,andlowshoeswithjeweledbuckles.Thehatstomatchthesecostumeshadpointedtopsandwidebrimswithsmallgoldbellsaroundtheedges.Hisshirtswereoffinelinenwithfrilledbosoms,andhisvestswererichlyembroideredwithcoloredsilks.

Finallyshewasdressed,andwhenshewentintothesitting-roomtherewasUncleHenryinhisbluesatin,walkinggravelyupanddowntheroom.Hehadtrimmedhisbeardandmustacheandlookedverydignifiedandrespectable.
