           "Allyourtroublesareduetothose’ifs’,"declaredtheWizard."IfyouwerenotaFlutterbudgetyouwouldn’tworry."

           "There’sanother’if’,"repliedthewoman."AreyouaFlutterbudget,too?"

           "Iwillbe,ifIstayherelong,"exclaimedtheWizard,nervously.

           "Another’if’!"criedthewoman.

           ButtheWizarddidnotstoptoarguewithher.HemadetheSawhorsecanterallthewaydownthehill,andonlybreathedeasilywhentheyweremilesawayfromthevillage.

           AftertheyhadriddeninsilenceforawhileDorothyturnedtothelittlemanandasked:

           "Do’ifs’reallymakeFlutterbudgets?"

           "Ithinkthe’ifs’help,"heansweredseriously."Foolishfears,andworriesovernothing,withamixtureofnervesandifs,willsoonmakeaFlutterbudgetofanyone."
