           "OurownKalidahKing,"hereflected,"hascertainmagicalpowersofhisown.Perhapsheknowshowtofillupthesetwoholesinmybody."

           SowithoutpayinganymoreattentiontoTrotandCap’nBillthantheywerepayingtohim,heenteredtheforestandtrottedalongasecretpaththatledtothehiddenlairofalltheKalidahs.

           WhiletheKalidahwasmakinggooditsescapeCap’nBilltookhispipefromhispocketandfilleditwithtobaccoandlightedit.Then,ashepuffedoutthesmoke,hetriedtothinkwhatcouldbedone.
