           ‘IWON’Tbetakenaway,’murmuredthespinsteraunt.‘IDON’Twishit.’(Heretherewasafrightfulrelapse.)

           ‘MydearSir,’saidthelittleman,inalowtone,takingMr.WardleandMr.Pickwickapart—‘mydearSir,we’reinaveryawkwardsituation.It’sadistressingcasevery;Ineverknewonemoreso;butreally,mydearsir,reallywehavenopowertocontrolthislady’sactions.Iwarnedyoubeforewecame,mydearsir,thattherewasnothingtolooktobutacompromise.’
