"Quick!boys,goforthetent!"exclaimedTom.

Andnowadrenchingrainpoureddownandtherisinghurricanedroveitinsheetsalongtheground. Theboyscriedouttoeachother,buttheroaringwindandtheboomingthunder-blastsdrownedtheirvoicesutterly. However,onebyonetheystraggledinatlastandtookshelterunderthetent,cold,scared,andstreamingwithwater; buttohavecompanyinmiseryseemedsomethingtobegratefulfor.
