Hewasaferocioussight.Hisfacewascoveredwithblood,andhewassnarlingandgnashinghisfangslikeawildboar.Hewipedthebloodfromhiseyes,caughtsightofme,androaredwithfury.Hisstickwasgone,sohebeganrippingoutchunksofcrumblingrockandthrowingtheminatme.Thissuppliedmewithammunition.Igavehimasgoodashesent,andbetter;forhepresentedagoodtarget,whilehecaughtonlyglimpsesofmeasIsnuggledagainsttheside-wall.
