Allthis,asDarrowwasaware,stillfellshortofaccountingfortheinfluencesheobviouslyexertedonthepersonsincontactwithher.Itbroughtaslightrelieftohisstateoftensiontogoonwondering,whilehewatchedandlistened,justwherethemysterylurked.
