           Butthereappearedavision,whichwithdrewme

           Soclosetoit,inordertobeseen,

           ThatmyconfessionIrememberednot.

           Suchasthroughpolishedandtransparentglass,

           Orwaterscrystallineandundisturbed,

           Butnotsodeepasthattheirbedbelost,

           Comebackagaintheoutlinesofourfaces

           Sofeeble,thatapearlonforeheadwhite

           Comesnotlessspeedilyuntooureyes;
