           Thenhetriedanopera,fornothingseemedimpossibleinthebeginning,buthereagainunforeseendifficultiesbesethim.HewantedJoforhisheroine,andcalleduponhismemorytosupplyhimwithtenderrecollectionsandromanticvisionsofhislove.
