           ThisstorywasimmediatelymatchedbyathricemarvellousadventureofBromBones,whomadelightoftheGallopingHessianasanarrantjockey.HeaffirmedthatonreturningonenightfromtheneighboringvillageofSingSing,hehadbeenovertakenbythismidnighttrooper;thathehadofferedtoracewithhimforabowlofpunch,andshouldhavewonittoo,forDaredevilbeatthegoblinhorseallhollow,butjustastheycametothechurchbridge,theHessianbolted,andvanishedinaflashoffire.
