           EverybeautifulmorningtheMagicwasworkedbythemysticcircleundertheplum-treewhichprovidedacanopyofthickeninggreenleavesafteritsbriefblossom-timewasended.AftertheceremonyColinalwaystookhiswalkingexerciseandthroughoutthedayheexercisedhisnewlyfoundpoweratintervals.Eachdayhegrewstrongerandcouldwalkmoresteadilyandcovermoreground.AndeachdayhisbeliefintheMagicgrewstronger—aswellitmight.HetriedoneexperimentafteranotherashefelthimselfgainingstrengthanditwasDickonwhoshowedhimthebestthingsofall.
