           “YouwillnotfindDr.Jekyll;heisfromhome,”repliedMr.Hyde,blowinginthekey.Andthensuddenly,butstillwithoutlookingup, “Howdidyouknowme?”heasked. 

           “Onyourside,”saidMr.Utterson,“willyoudomeafavour?” 

           “Withpleasure,”repliedtheother.“Whatshallitbe?” 

           “Willyouletmeseeyourface?”askedthelawyer. 

           Mr.Hydeappearedtohesitate,andthen,asifuponsomesuddenreflection,frontedaboutwithanairofdefiance;andthepairstaredateachotherprettyfixedlyforafewseconds. “NowIshallknowyouagain,”saidMr.Utterson.“Itmaybeuseful.” 

           “Yes,”returnedMr.Hyde,“itisaswellwehave,met;andapropos,youshouldhavemyaddress.”AndhegaveanumberofastreetinSoho.
