           Ihaveseenhimascoreoftimes,attable,insultingthishunterorthat,withcoolandleveleyesand,withal,acertainairofinterest,ponderingtheiractionsorrepliesorpettyrageswithacuriosityalmostlaughabletomewhostoodonlookerandwhounderstood.Concerninghisownrages,Iamconvincedthattheyarenotreal,thattheyaresometimesexperiments,butthatinthemaintheyarethehabitsofaposeorattitudehehasseenfittotaketowardhisfellow-men.
