AndthereitwasthatwesawLiberty5-3000walkingalongthefurrows.Theirbodywasstraightandthinasabladeofiron.Theireyesweredarkandhardandglowing,withnofearinthem,nokindnessandnoguilt.Theirhairwasgoldenasthesun;theirhairflewinthewind,shiningandwild,asifitdefiedmentorestrainit.Theythrewseedsfromtheirhandasiftheydeignedtoflingascornfulgift,andtheearthwasabeggarundertheirfeet.
