ThenSirTristramandSirDinadandeparted,androdeintoaforest,andastheyrodeadamselmetthem,whoforSirLancelot’ssakewasseekinganynobleknightstorescuehim.ForQueenMorganleFay,whohatedhim,hadorderedthirtymen-at-armstolieinambushforhimashepassed,withtheintenttokillhim.Sothedamselprayedthemtorescuehim.
