           “Ah,lord,”saidoneoftheambassadors,“refrainfromsuchvainwords,fortrulyIandallwithmewerefearfulathisroyalmajestyandangrycountenance.Ifearmethouhastmadearodfortheemoresharpthanthouhastcountedon.Hemeanethtobemasterofthisempire;andisanotherkindofmanthanthousupposest,andholdeththemostnoblecourtofalltheworld.Wesawhimonthenewyear’sday,servedathistablebyninekings,andthenoblestcompanyofotherprinces,lords,andknightsthateverwasinalltheworld;andinhispersonheisthemostmanly-seemingmanthatliveth,andlookethliketoconqueralltheearth.
