           “Imustnot,”saidFreckles.“Iamnotdressedtobeamongyourfriends,andImightbeforgettingmeselfandstaytoolong.”

           “Then,”saidtheAngel,“wemustn’tgothroughthehouse,becauseitwoulddisturbthestory;butIwantyoutocometheoutsidewaytotheconservatoryandhavesomeofmybirthdaylunchandsomecaketotaketoMrs.
