CatherinefoundMrs.Allenjustreturnedfromallthebusyidlenessofthemorning,andwasimmediatelygreetedwith,“Well,mydear,hereyouare,”atruthwhichshehadnogreaterinclinationthanpowertodispute;“andIhopeyouhavehadapleasantairing?”
“Yes,ma’am,Ithankyou;wecouldnothavehadanicerday.”
