Ofcourse,theyhadgoodreasontobefussyonsuchanight.Andthenitwaslongafterteno’clockandyettherewasnosignofGabrielandhiswife.BesidestheyweredreadfullyafraidthatFreddyMalinsmightturnupscrewed.TheywouldnotwishforworldsthatanyofMaryJane’spupilsshouldseehimundertheinfluence;andwhenhewaslikethatitwassometimesveryhardtomanagehim.
